I think that rings true for many of us. Society never tells us we’re perfect. We only know that we have to be fixed. And we think that food is something meant to be controlled.
My last diet happened my senior year of college. I crammed for finals, spending late nights overly caffeinated and undernourished. I passed but ended up in the hospital due to dehydration. The diet I was on put me there.
I vowed to never diet again. And now I help others fall in love with food in a meaningful way so it stops controlling their every thought. So it stops making them feel unworthy or sick.
I like to think of my programs as the last stop before freedom. I’m happy to be your support along this journey and I can’t wait to chat with you!
